There is no better time than our present era to find convenient support groups of all kinds to help relieve some of the stress that can come from marriage trouble, or relationship trouble. Thanks to the internet, you don’t even have to leave your home to find other supportive women to talk to. Once you register and create a username (for anonymity) you are free to ask questions of the other women and email them! You can meet other moms with similar challenges and interests who really take time and effort to give you great advice! This is even better than a real support group, because you don’t have to reveal who you are! It kind of gives you the freedom to ask questions, and share things, that maybe you wouldn’t ask or share if you had to show your face! That can be helpful, because you can get things off your chest that you might not otherwise be able to. Of course, you can’t email them at their private home email address, because that might be an invasion of privacy, right? But, each mom gets to create her own home page, and email goes to that home page. You can post pictures of yourself, your hubby or partner, your kids, your pets…or not! Whatever you like.

Even if you don’t join one of the support groups, there is an “Answers,” section where you can anonymously post questions about motherhood, or marriage problems or relationship problems, and get answers from anyone on the website.

CafeMom is the best website I've found for a moms support group online! That is I have devoted an entire page of my own website to it! If I could provide support groups here on my site, I would. Unfortunately, I'm just not that technologically savvy yet, so I'm glad to be able to refer you to these mom support groups, and other groups on CafeMom. Maybe someday I'll have one here...but, ugggh...I'll have to learn the technology first!
